It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company also aims to acquire, sell, own and operate buildings, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act of December 16, 1983, on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). The company may, in general, carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose. It may participate in companies or enterprises with a similar or other purpose and establish branches in Switzerland and abroad.
