The company's purpose is: the provision of services in the field of operational management, coordination, and consulting for real estate and structures intended for short, medium, and long-term rentals, as well as for structures used for tourism, para-hotel, hotel, and general accommodation (guesthouses, bed and breakfasts, short-term rentals, serviced apartments, residences, and similar structures); the provision of property management services (excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE), customer management, and concierge services, including operational support for reservation management, guest reception and assistance, as well as coordination and organization of activities related to the stay experience, without assuming direct management of the hotel establishment; the direct or indirect provision of ordinary and extraordinary cleaning services, disinfection, ordinary maintenance, as well as services for the supply, rental, management, and replacement of clean linen and ancillary equipment for buildings and structures used for residential, tourist, hotel, commercial, and office purposes, both within the framework of managing the entrusted properties and for the benefit of clients and third parties, for accommodation structures, tourist apartments, and residential buildings. It may also carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable, and immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may participate, in any form, in all similar enterprises, notably by taking shares in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. It may acquire, hold, administer, exploit, and transfer rights over tangible and intangible assets, including trademarks, patents, licenses, know-how, and other intellectual property rights, as well as real estate rights, with the exception of all operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
