The purpose of the company is to provide all financial advisory and services, in particular asset management, including commercial brokerage and agency business with financial products, in particular structured products, in Switzerland and abroad; securities services, in accordance with and within the limits of the Financial Services Act (FIDLEG) and the Financial Institutions Act (FINIG). The company does not accept deposits and does not hold securities in its own name for the account of clients. The company may carry out all commercial and financial transactions that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may register branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, as well as acquire, hold, manage and dispose of real estate, except for transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad. The company may grant loans or other financing to companies of the same group, as well as provide securities of any kind that directly or indirectly benefit companies of the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the company's assets.
