The company's purpose is: a) to operate an ambulance and rescue service allowing the transportation of sick and injured people, elderly people, people with disabilities or reduced mobility; b) the transportation of people on a professional basis; c) emergency rescue training, participation in health events and home accompaniment; d) the purchase, sale, import, export and marketing of all paramedical products and services of any kind; e) all commercial and financial operations (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Law on Combating Money Laundering in the Financial Sector (LBA)), whether movable or immovable, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and intended to promote its social interests; f) taking part in all Swiss or foreign companies with identical or similar purposes, as well as the creation of branches; g) granting loans or advances to its members or third parties, guaranteeing loans subscribed by members or third parties, guaranteeing such loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or other securities, as well as subscribing to any other financial commitment. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
