All activities in the real estate sector, in particular the purchase, sale, investment, promotion, operation, development, rental and management of all real estate, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), as well as the import and export of all goods. The company also aims to collect book publishing rights and perform all related accounting operations. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, real estate or movable transactions, directly or indirectly related to its social purposes, create branches abroad or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purposes and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests.
