Amiet-Fähnderich-Fonds

Initially, the fund is intended to supplement the resources I have donated to the St. Anna-Pfründe in Solothurn, in the event that they are insufficient to fulfill the obligations described in the foundation deed of May 22, 1886, and the addendum of February 15, 1894, due to losses, a decrease in interest rates, or any other reason. In such cases, the necessary contributions are to be taken from the fund's income. Additionally, all taxes that the holder of the St. Anna-Pfründe is required to pay on their income are to be covered from the fund's income. Furthermore, the interest from the Amiet-Fähnderich Fund is to be used for the maintenance and decoration of the interior of the St. Ursenkirche in Solothurn, as long as it remains a Roman Catholic place of worship, such as for altar renovations.
