The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate transactions in Switzerland or abroad, including in particular construction, transformation, renovation, purchase, sale, management, rental, brokerage, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), as well as any other activity directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. The company may pursue its purpose through all operations - especially through all contracts - without limitation: regarding their location - in Switzerland or abroad; regarding their object - whether it concerns material property (movable or immovable, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners) or intellectual property or services; regarding their execution - whether by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors. Furthermore, the company may conclude loan agreements with its associates, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this favors its interests.
