The association aims to: enable through its financial support the implementation of all or part of the current or future programs on the ground in the Philippines, particularly through the structure Tulay Ng Kabataan (TNK): a street children program, focused on the problem of street children in Manila, a program for people with disabilities, taking care of individuals from the street and affected by a physical or mental disability in Manila, a slum children program aimed at working in the slums of Manila, taking care of preschool education, healthcare and nutrition of children and ensuring the follow-up of undernourished babies and children as well as their families, a scavenger children program, intended for children of the large dumpsite of Manila or the dumpsites of the metropolis, any other program to come for any category of population in extreme poverty; any action through a local organization whose purpose would be similar to that of Tulay Ng Kabataan (TNK) to enable the implementation in any other country, through a foundation adopting the same goals as Tulay Ng Kabataan (TNK), of all or part of the programs (for complete purpose see statutes).
