The company's purpose is to acquire, hold, and manage participations in all forms in all commercial, individual, financial, and real estate enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of all operations subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE). The company may engage in any financial, commercial, industrial, movable, or immovable activity, directly or indirectly related to its purpose or conducive to its realization, conclude contracts that are intended to develop its activities or are directly or indirectly related thereto, receive products in the form of interest, commissions, and dividends, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or create identical or analogous enterprises, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose. It may carry out these operations both for its own account and for the account of others. It may grant loans and provide guarantees in favor of any person, including its shareholders and directors.
