The Company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, administration, and sale of interests in any companies or enterprises, in Switzerland or abroad, it being specified that the Company may only hold interests in Switzerland in real estate companies with exclusively commercial purposes, subject to operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The Company may create branches in Switzerland and/or abroad. The Company may engage in any financial, commercial, movable, immovable, and industrial activities, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, subject to operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The Company may grant loans or guarantees to its subsidiaries, shareholders, or third parties, if this promotes its interests.
