The company's purpose is to acquire, manage, and dispose of shareholdings in industrial, commercial, or real estate companies, both in Switzerland and abroad (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE); to perform all management and administrative mandates related to the shareholdings and to provide all related services, including administrative, logistical, commercial, and financial assistance; to finance, establish, and organize companies; and to coordinate the finances of affiliated companies. The company may, in Switzerland and abroad, either for its own account or for third parties, carry out all commercial, financial, or real estate operations (in Switzerland only for commercial properties and excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE) directly or indirectly related to its purpose, acquire shareholdings in all commercial, industrial, or financial enterprises (in Switzerland only for commercial properties and excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE), and establish branches in Switzerland and abroad.
