The provision of services in the aerospace and aviation sector, in particular: management and administration activities, maintenance, repair and overhaul of all types of aircraft ("line and base Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO)"), maintenance and overhaul of aircraft parts and cells, operation of air transport, aircraft storage, commissioning and decommissioning of aircraft ("aircraft phase in - phase out"), dismantling of aircraft ("aircraft part-out") and recovery of spare parts, as well as the trade in aircraft and spare parts; the company will provide training in Safety Management Systems (SMS), conduct investigations in the event of accidents and incidents, all ground and air operations, train pilots and aircraft maintenance technicians, conduct research and development activities related to the design and production of spare parts in the aerospace sector; the company will provide consulting and advisory services related to its aerospace activities; the company is authorized to engage in all commercial, financial or other activities in Switzerland and/or abroad in connection with and in order to achieve its social purpose; it may acquire, hold or dispose of all intellectual property rights, as well as conclude licensing agreements relating to such rights; it may engage in technology transfer; the company may participate in similar companies or create branches in Switzerland or abroad; it may also acquire, rent, lease, manage and sell any movable and/or immovable property.
