The company's purpose is: all real estate transactions, purchase, sale, management, administration, consulting, brokerage and maintenance of buildings, except for operations prohibited in Switzerland by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); purchase and sale of decorative objects; to this end, the company may undertake all commercial, financial and artisanal operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose; it may create branches in Switzerland and abroad; it may grant loans or guarantees to its associates and third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by associates or third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
