Playful water familiarisation for babies from approx. age 1 to 3½; promoting the bond with the accompanying person, motor skills and self-confidence in the warm indoor pool.

Playful water familiarisation for toddlers from approx. age 3½ to approx. age 7 with an adult accompanying them; diving, body-position and gliding exercises as well as preparation for children’s swimming courses.

Swimming courses for children from approx. age 5 to school age; building up the foundation tests 1–7, swimming tests 1–4 and combination tests, as well as preparation for the Water Safety Check.

Swimming courses for adults as private lessons or in small groups; basic courses and in-depth training of breaststroke, backstroke and butterfly swimming as needed.

Water Safety Check for children including rolling into deep water, holding themselves above water for one minute, swimming 50 metres and exiting the water; serves water-accident prevention.
