The purchase, sale, installation, design, maintenance and repair of spas, pools, wellness facilities, the import, export, sale of accessories and maintenance products for spas, pools and wellness facilities, after-sales service, as well as all commercial activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may, in Switzerland or abroad, establish branches, take participations in other companies, acquire or establish similar or similar companies, conduct all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
