Within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), the company may: - carry out all financial, commercial or industrial activities, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; - participate in all companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; - establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad; - grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties.
