The purpose of the company is: a) to operate an architecture and Feng Shui consulting office; b) to buy, sell, construct, develop, manage and operate real estate in Switzerland and/or abroad, as well as to carry out real estate transactions and promotions, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE; c) to operate a practice of alternative and complementary medicine; d) to provide training, courses, workshops and/or conferences related to the company's fields of activity; e) to engage in any investment activity related to blockchain technology and/or digital currencies (cryptocurrencies), as well as in any other currency; f) on an ancillary basis, to carry out all commercial and financial operations directly or indirectly related to the above purposes, as well as to take participations in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or analogous purposes, with the exception of activities prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may conduct its activities both abroad and in Switzerland and establish branches. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its associates or to third parties.
