The company's purpose is to operate an architectural office, execute all architectural, planning, construction, urban planning, study and consulting work, as well as direct and supervise construction sites. Furthermore, the company's purpose includes all areas of real estate, as well as the purchase, sale and management of participations in companies in Switzerland and abroad; real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners are excluded. To this end, the company may carry out, directly or indirectly, all commercial and financial transactions in Switzerland and abroad, and participate, directly or indirectly, in all companies related to its corporate purpose in Switzerland and abroad, except for transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
