The purpose of the association is to promote the development and adoption of the Arcium network, a blockchain-based system for confidential computing and data processing. The association promotes coordination and communication among all participants and users of the Arcium network. Without limiting the foregoing, the association may: support and finance suitable research and development activities; promote public awareness of new technologies; issue, receive and hold digital assets and tokens; participate in and organize conferences, seminars and other events; and generally take all actions necessary, useful, required or desirable to achieve or promote the objectives described herein. The association may participate in other undertakings, acquire, exploit, manage and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and furthermore take all legal actions that may be brought about by the purpose of the association or that are suitable to promote its development or that of the Arcium network.
