The company's purpose is the purchase, sale and rental of real estate, brokerage and promotion in the field of real estate, the management of data centers, as well as the acquisition of participations in all companies, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad; it may assume participations in all enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all movable or immovable transactions, and conclude all contracts that serve to develop its purpose or relate directly or indirectly thereto. The company may also grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, and secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
