The Company may also, in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches or subsidiaries, acquire participations in, and more generally participate in, all companies and entities having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions (excluding transactions subject to the authorization regime under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE)) directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote it.
