The company's purpose is to provide investment advice in Switzerland and abroad, particularly in the field of art, as well as the production of cinematographic, musical and artistic works. The company may carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE) in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its associates and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its associates.
