Arte Panis SA managed the operations of Suard SA, covering the bakery division with a production laboratory, five retail outlets under the Suard brand (four with tea-rooms) and the restaurant “Le Centre”. The bakery’s assets were later transferred in full to the subsidiary Boulangerie‑Pâtisserie‑Confiserie Suard SA.
