It can provide consulting and services in the fields of hotel management, catering, event, and leisure management, and acquire, hold, develop, and dispose of real estate related to its activities. Excluded are transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG). The company may participate in other enterprises and acquire, exploit, manage, and dispose of intellectual property rights. It can establish subsidiaries and branches both domestically and internationally and, furthermore, perform all legal actions that the company's purpose may entail or that are suitable to promote its development or that of group companies. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to third parties, including companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, its direct or indirect shareholders, and companies in which these are directly or indirectly involved. This can be done through loans or other financing methods, including cash pooling agreements, and it may also provide securities of any kind for their liabilities, including pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets, or guarantees of any kind, whether for compensation or not.
