The Company's purpose is to operate, in Switzerland and abroad, a school offering art courses for children and adults. It may directly or indirectly engage in any business related to the artistic field. The Company may carry out, in Switzerland and/or abroad, any financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable property activity (with the exception of real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad), directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may also deposit, acquire, hold and sell patents or other intellectual property rights, as well as acquire, hold and grant licenses. The Company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may take participations in any companies, acquire or create such companies, carry out any operations and perform any functions that are likely to develop the Company's purpose or that have a direct or indirect relationship with its object. It may also grant loans or guarantees to partners, subsidiaries, parent companies or affiliated companies.
