The acquisition of direct or indirect interests in all companies or businesses in the sense of a holding company. The company may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, securities or real estate transactions directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. The acquisition of interests in a company that holds real estate is limited to companies that only hold real estate for exclusively commercial use. Similarly, the acquisition of real estate is limited to real estate for exclusively commercial use. The company may also establish branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may act as co-debtor, guarantor and/or surety for the benefit of all third parties, notably in favor of all its direct or indirect affiliates, its direct or indirect parent companies as well as the direct or indirect subsidiaries of the latter, with or without remuneration. The company has as its secondary purpose, in Switzerland and abroad, the provision of services to businesses and individuals, for all activities falling within the competence of a consulting and management company in the commercial, administrative and financial fields.
