The organization and management in any form - private or public - of training activities - cultural, professional and corporate - in the catering, hotel industry and, in general, in any sector, directly or indirectly, related to the aforementioned, as well as the organization and realization of public or private parties and events on its own initiative or on behalf of third parties, as well as research and development in the food sector. The company may also engage in the direct or third-party production, distribution and marketing, in any form, wholesale and retail, of food products and foods both finished and semi-finished, fresh, frozen, deep-frozen and in controlled atmosphere (ATM) as well as the management, in any form, of public establishments in the catering, tourism and direct or intermediary commercial sales activities for products, equipment, furnishings and services concerning the activities operating in the food sector. The company may finally engage in the activity of assistance, consultancy and intermediation in the performance of the development of new start-ups or job search; as well as the participation, both in Switzerland and abroad, in other companies with identical or similar purposes, taking shares in said companies and carrying out any and all acts necessary for the achievement of the corporate purpose.
