The company's purpose is: all activities in the field of beauty and wellness, the development and application of medical and non-medical aesthetic treatments, the purchase, sale and trade of all medical equipment and cosmetic, beauty and aesthetic care products; all advice and services in the field of body care and anti-aging and the development of aesthetic techniques of all kinds; the development, management and use of brands and intangible rights, including franchises, licenses and intellectual property rights in the field of aesthetic care. Furthermore, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions (except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) directly or indirectly related to its social purpose and take an interest, in any form, in similar companies, in particular by acquiring a stake in similar companies.
