The purposes consist in particular of: forming a group of graduates of the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) to support entrepreneurs from the EPFL; supporting the mentoring service organized by the EPFL Alumni Service with free collegiate advisory services; facilitating collective investment by A3 Angels members in the form of seed capital provided to young companies by members acting individually or collectively. However, the association does not carry out any financial activities for itself, such as recommendations to investors or calls for funds for collective investments; supporting the participation of association members in collective investments by providing members with professional advice in administrative, legal, financial and related matters, as well as grants for related administrative fees; promoting the rules of good conduct and providing ethical guidance for the accomplishment of these activities; occasionally supporting in Romandy, Switzerland, meetings on the theme of entrepreneurship; supporting other associations and public or private organizations pursuing similar goals (for complete purpose see statutes).
