The development, maintenance, updating and promotion of the adoption of the digital protocol based on blockchain called Catalyze (hereinafter referred to as the Protocol). The purpose may be pursued, directly or indirectly, through the following activities: Development and updating of software related to the Protocol; Creation and implementation of multimedia applications, websites, databases, software, software packages or documentation related to the Protocol; Registration, acquisition, exploitation or transfer of all trademarks, processes, patents, licenses or, in general, all intellectual property rights related or not to the Protocol; Research activities related to the Protocol and its improvement; Advocacy for the adoption of the Protocol; Management of the Protocol, development of projects related to the Protocol and, in general, realization of any action aimed at increasing the functionality of the Protocol; and Advertising campaigns and related activities. The association may, in addition, undertake any of the following activities in Switzerland or abroad; Manage its treasury by acquiring and disposing of any asset, including financial instruments, structured financial products, derivatives, commodities, cash and other investments deemed appropriate by the Governance Committee (as defined below); Establish branches, offices, subsidiaries, affiliated companies or other legal entities in any form and in any jurisdiction; Participate in the activity of commercial companies directly or indirectly related to its purpose, acquire such companies and establish joint ventures; In general, carry out any financial, founding, commercial or industrial activity favorable to its development and directly or indirectly related to its purpose: Employ employees, independent contractors, consultants, third-party service providers, agents and advisors deemed necessary or useful for the proper conduct of the association's operations; Register, acquire, hold, renew, sell, transfer and/or grant licenses with respect to trademarks, copyrights, patents and all other intellectual property rights; and In general, undertake any commercial activity useful for the pursuit of its purpose and/or which is directly or indirectly associated with its purpose. The association may take all necessary or appropriate measures to implement the purpose mentioned above as well as plan and implement initiatives and - even only financially - participate in initiatives of other individuals, entities or organizations or financially support or otherwise support other individuals, entities or organizations to the extent that all these activities are deemed useful for the purpose of the association. The association may also accept donations and act as a trustee to pursue its purpose. The association does not pursue commercial purposes and does not seek profit. The association may cooperate with or join other organizations that represent the same interests or similar interests. The association may provide services for the benefit of its members and member organizations or third parties and do everything that promotes directly or indirectly the interests of the members.
