a) to promote and encourage the creation, dissemination and animation of culture in all its forms and in all fields. b) to promote the collaboration of all interested parties (public law institutions, schools, associations and individuals) around cultural animation actions. c) to ensure collaboration with Regional Cultural Centres with a view to cultural action.
