The AIBR aims to: promote, encourage, promulgate, develop and govern internationally the sport of Rapid Boxing; be part of the Olympic Movement, remaining affiliated to the International Olympic Committee (IOC) as a recognized international federation, in accordance with the requirements of the Olympic Charter, and contribute to the achievement of the objectives set out in the Olympic Charter, in particular through the dissemination of Olympism and Olympic education; federate Rapid Boxing Organizations (as defined below) or National Boxing Organizations in all countries; design methods and organize competitions to award international, regional or national championship titles; establish standard laws for its competitions by adopting recognized standards of fair play and good ethics and completing them if necessary; support and encourage the promotion of positive sports ethics in Rapid Boxing; devote its efforts to ensuring that the spirit of fair play prevails in Rapid Boxing competitions; combat unethical behavior, competition manipulation and result alteration in Rapid Boxing; combat doping in sport and take measures aimed at preventing the endangerment of the health of Rapid Boxing participants; the AIBR strives to maintain friendly relations among its members; the AIBR does not permit any political, religious, sexual or racial discrimination, nor any violation of human rights among its members.
