To promote peace and development in the world through diplomatic, cultural, educational, humanitarian and social action, as well as individual elevation in both spirituality and professional practice. With a universal vision of peace, development, justice, cooperation and prosperity, it promotes the eminent Dignity of Man, favors and supports individual or collective actions aimed at the most disadvantaged countries, primarily directs its action in favor of Mother and Child, favors the spiritual and professional development of its members in their diplomatic, consular, humanitarian and social mission, in reference to its main values which are Unity, Fraternity, Justice and Peace. It manages the entire funds that fuel its operation according to the directives of the Magistral Council. It can perform any act directly or indirectly related to the purposes of the Order. It can notably lend its assistance and take an interest in all similar activities. It animates, controls and accompanies the functioning of the National Associations of which it is the parent company.
