Association pour la Construction d'un Abattoir Régional (l'ACAR)

The purpose of the association is to study, promote, support, monitor or facilitate the construction of a regional slaughterhouse in the south-east of Vaud, namely the districts of Aigle, Riviera-Pays d'Enhaut and Lavaux-Oron, to replace the current slaughterhouse in Clarens, and possibly to take over part of its staff and clientele. The association can pursue its purpose through all operations, especially through all contracts - without limitation: as to their location in Switzerland in the geographical area of the south-east of Vaud; as to their object - whether it concerns material (movable or immovable) or intellectual property or services.
