To manage the superficiary rights DSDP 745 (reservoir) and 760 (pumping station) (which will be acquired by donation) of the Commune of Montana, exclusively in the interest of the four co-owner communities located on the base parcels Nos 29 (Mont Lachaux), 30 (Pré-au-Mur), 31 (Chamois d'or) and 725 (Arnouvaz). To perform any task directly or indirectly related to these objectives; in particular, to receive all proposals from co-owners, design and suggest to the assemblies of the aforementioned 4 co-owner communities all infrastructure improvements or developments in Hauts de Crans for the well-being of the residents of Hauts de Crans. The association does not pursue any profit-making, political or religious purpose.
