Fondation en faveur du personnel de la Maison St-François

To compensate for any decline in the standard of living, with priority given to staff who have been actively employed by Maison St-François for at least 5 years, and secondly to staff who have ceased their activity for Maison St-François, provided they have worked for the organization for the last 5 years preceding the action; the benefit offered or the action proposed by the Foundation is subsidiary to those of social insurance, notably AHV, pension fund, 3rd pillar, health, disability and accident insurance, and should not, except in special cases, correspond to an increase in the previous standard of living (cf. statutes for full purpose)
