The association aims to: defend the interests of its members in the economic, legislative and regulatory framework, enabling them to participate directly or indirectly in debates and consultations prior to deliberations and decision-making by any competent authority concerning concessionary taxis; to act on all constitutionally and legally defined rights of initiative, both at the communal, regional (Riviera), cantonal and/or federal level when it comes to regulating the profession of concessionary taxis; to function as a spokesperson on behalf of the association's members, wishing to make proposals in all areas related to concessionary taxis, whatever they may be; to establish a code of conduct among all members, facilitating relations with the authorities; to ensure fairness between advantages and legal and regulatory constraints affecting all stakeholders in the exercise of commercial passenger transport; to function as a recognized actor at the level of all stakeholders who wish to provide a high-performance service for the benefit of all passenger transport customers on the Vaud Riviera (for complete purpose see statutes).
