The association is established to protect the long-term interests and prosperity of the watch industry, with the conviction that this is achieved through the promotion of gender equality in the industry, particularly by promoting the position of women in its various sectors (as consumers, employees, leaders or any other relevant position). The association is non-profit. The Association may undertake any lawful activity to achieve its purpose. In particular, the Association may undertake the following: organizing events aimed at promoting and popularizing the appreciation of high-end watchmaking among female consumers, including but not limited to educational presentations, temporary exhibitions, community social gatherings, collector conferences/seminars and hands-on product activities (touch and feel); organizing events and activities aimed at promoting the professional development of women in the watch industry, including but not limited to educational presentations, networking events, leadership and career seminars, and mentorship programs; organizing activities aimed at increasing the proportion of women entering the watch industry, including but not limited to: mentorship support in affiliation with higher education programs, internships, career discussions and educational presentations; lobbying companies and local legislative bodies to create more favorable environments for women in the watch industry; membership campaigns and fundraising to cover the financial costs of the aforementioned activities.
