To support and defend the common interests of the painting trade and related professions, and in particular: to promote a spirit of camaraderie and solidarity among individual members; to develop and monitor a basic tariff, working conditions and related contracts and payment terms. Regulate working conditions with workers and apprentices. Assist and mediate in cases of differences between employers and employees, between employers and employers, and between employers and clients. Promote and support the training of qualified labor. Support and defend members against suppliers and clients and unfair competition.
