Associazione Uniwording

The purpose of the Association is the creation and promotion of the international sign language Uniwording. The Association aims to: - promote gestural communication among hearing people of every language and culture; - develop and update a sign vocabulary inspired by existing sign languages; - develop teaching methods for instruction and self-learning; - raise awareness of the cultural and social benefits of gestural communication; - build an autonomous team funded by public/private contributions and the sale of materials; - propose and disseminate Uniwording solutions at local and international levels; - make educational materials available also to entities dealing with sign languages for deaf people.
