The cooperative has the following purpose: To operate a retail trade specialized in food and to maintain jobs and a diverse range of offers in the community. Furthermore, the cooperative aims to promote and maintain the prosperity of its members and to create generally favorable and advantageous living conditions for the community. The main location for the cooperative's business activities is in the municipality of Tujetsch, but it can be expanded. To achieve its purpose-bound goals, the cooperative has the possibility to buy, sell, rent or lease real estate, to establish branches, as well as to found or join companies. For the execution of its purpose, the cooperative can cooperate with the competent authorities or other organizations that support it in its goals. The cooperative can also carry out other activities that are related to the purpose of the cooperative or directly or indirectly support it.
