The trading of second-generation recyclable materials intended for the production of ecological fuels, as well as all storage, transportation, transformation and distribution operations of these materials; the company may also purchase, sell, manage and lease all real estate; however, the company may only hold, directly or indirectly, buildings in Switzerland if they have an exclusively commercial or industrial use; the company may grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other commitment, if it serves its interests; the company may act as co-debtor, guarantor and surety in favor of all third parties, including in favor of all its direct or indirect affiliates, its direct or indirect parent companies as well as the direct or indirect subsidiaries of the latter.
