Furthermore, it may be active in all areas directly or indirectly related to its purpose or the pursuit of these, authorized by Swiss law, including financial transactions, commercial and industrial transactions of movable or immovable property (in Switzerland only for commercial real estate and excluding all operations subject to the LFAIE). The company may intervene in the trade of all raw materials and in the development of all types of industrial and commercial projects (in Switzerland only for movable property for commercial purposes and excluding all operations subject to the LFAIE).
