The company's purpose is trade, namely the purchase, sale, exchange, import and export of all new and used vehicles, as well as the representation and distribution of vehicle brands; the maintenance, repair and breakdown service of all vehicles; the purchase and sale of spare parts and accessories in the field of automobiles and transport, as well as the operation of a welding, locksmithing and metal construction, hydraulic and pneumatic business. To this end, the company may carry out, directly or indirectly, all commercial and financial transactions, in Switzerland and abroad, and participate, directly or indirectly, in all enterprises related to its corporate purpose in Switzerland and abroad, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
