AdE is a humanitarian organization whose general purpose is to improve the living conditions of the most disadvantaged people in the slums of Lima, Peru. To this end, it provides all its international financial and material assistance to the implementation of programs set up by the Peruvian association Taller de los Niños, Lima, Peru (hereinafter TANI), an association recognized by the Peruvian state and founded in 1978 in Lima by Christiane Ramseyer. AdE pursues the following objectives: a) to collect and provide the necessary funds for the implementation and operation of TANI's work programs; b) to ensure control and accountability for the use of these funds used by TANI; c) to ensure control and accountability for the proper functioning of the programs implemented by TANI; d) to promote TANI's activities in Switzerland.
