The company's purpose is the planning and execution of all construction projects, as well as the exercise of all activities in the field of real estate, in particular the purchase, sale, brokerage, appraisal and management of properties, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may acquire interests in any company, engage in any activity and perform any function that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if it serves its interests.
