The foundation aims to strengthen the position of women holistically, particularly in the areas of self-confidence, self-determination, exercise of leadership functions, and violence prevention. To achieve this purpose, the foundation offers, supports, and develops: initiatives to promote female leadership and leadership development; training and courses on mental resilience, self-defense, and personal safety; educational projects for women and girls in crisis situations; programs for violence prevention, stabilization, and integration; public relations and network platforms to increase the visibility of women; development of partnerships with institutions in the fields of security, education, and empowerment; organization of events, publications, and networks to increase the visibility of female perspectives. The foundation does not pursue commercial purposes, is not profit-oriented, and is confessionally and politically neutral. The foundation does not pursue any commercial or self-help purposes. The foundation is active throughout Switzerland and internationally.
