The purpose of the company is to finance and acquire, trade and manage participations in domestic and foreign companies of all kinds, in particular in the healthcare sector, as well as to advise such companies, in particular in the planning and construction of clinics and other real estate. The company may acquire, encumber and dispose of intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad, and by resolution of the board of directors, establish branches and agencies in Switzerland or abroad; it may carry out all commercial, financial and other activities that are connected with the purpose of the company. Furthermore, it may order securities for its shareholders or for other group companies and provide guarantees, as well as grant loans to its shareholders or other group companies.
