The cooperative aims to create and maintain healthy and affordable housing for families, young people, seniors, single parents, and people with special needs, in the spirit of inclusion. It addresses demographic change by promoting the realization and promotion of intergenerational housing offers. The cooperative intends to achieve this purpose in particular through: the acquisition of building land and building rights; the construction of houses and settlements for rent and sale; the acquisition of properties, apartments, and houses; the sale of properties, apartments, and houses to members and third parties; the careful and ongoing maintenance and periodic renovation of existing buildings; the financing of houses and settlements also for third parties; the management of its own and possibly third-party objects; the use of funding and funding instruments from the federal government, cantons, municipalities, and private individuals; the realization and promotion of intergenerational structures and/or alternative forms of housing (clusters, shared apartments, etc.); the promotion of inclusion in housing and settlement construction; the promotion of demand-oriented assistance and support for people with special needs; participation in operational projects with assistance and support; barrier-free design of living and outdoor spaces. The cooperative can also provide additional services to third parties.
