The company's purpose (strictly in accordance with the rules regarding the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) is:
a) To operate an architecture firm as well as all consulting and service activities in the field of urban planning, property enhancement, construction, and real estate asset management;
b) To carry out all work related to construction and urban planning;
c) To buy and sell real estate and furniture;
d) To operate an interior design and decoration business;
e) To design and manufacture all types of furniture.
To this end, the company may directly or indirectly carry out all commercial and financial transactions, in Switzerland and abroad, and participate, directly or indirectly, in all enterprises related to its corporate purpose in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties if it serves its interests.
